Green Deal Baobab

This is a complex, dry white wine. Deep straw yellow color with sparkling, golden tears. The nose is expressive and perfectly blends white fruit, an earthy undertone and vanilla notes together; let this wine sit in a carafe and this nose will explode! Harmonious texture with a great deal of 'distinction', thanks aging three times in stainless steel, amphora and oak barrels. This also results in an extremely long and complex finish. This is a great value for money masterpiece of wines! Demands a sturdy piece of ripened hard cheese, a celeriac roasted whole with truffle in the oven, a partridge in grape leaf, a risotto with the wildest mushrooms... Serve at 14 °C after one hour in a carafe!

Soft ripe yet elegant red wine with super fresh small berries and delicate earthy mineral tones. Very drink-friendly texture, soft tannins, thirst-quenching and very clean with soft fruity mid-long aftertaste. Lovely to enjoy on its own, or with charcuterie, salad of fruity vegetables and young pink meat with a spicy sauce. To be served at 15°C.

Juicy fruity red wine. Deep cherry colour with lively tears. Extremely pure nose of grapes, small red berries and fine twigs with earthy accents. Distinctive attack, yet with a playful angle. Very juicy and fruity in the aftertaste. Delicious counterweight with fatty dishes with bacon and fatty meats. Goes also well with white mould cheeses and dishes with tomato sauce or chutney. Best decant. Serving temperature: 15°C

Juicy start, great drinkability that elegantly transfers into a fruity soft finish. Lovely to enjoy on its own, with raw red meat, red fruity vegetables and fresh white moulded cheeses.
