Low intervention top rosé wine. Mysterious 'bois de rose' color with slow tears. Red wine nose with mainly small red & black fruit, ripe twigs and exotic pepper notes. When tasted blind, difficult to recognize as rosé, more like a super elegant fine red wine with a mischievous spirit. Balance with fresh acid-dominant and above all flawless fruit in the unusually long aftertaste. A masterpiece of purity! Anyone looking for a perfect passe-partout has found it immediately with this glass.
