Gracious dry red wine. Intense bright cherry color with brilliant colored tears. Nose of red and black berries, wild violets, flint and black pepper. Graceful texture that is perfectly blended by the fusion of the fine acids and the characterful tannins; extremely long fruity finish. Requires equal class in the plate with the necessary purity, such as a long ripened piece of West Flemish red beef, saddle of hare in poivrade sauce, pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, basil and black pepper, perfectly ripened white mold cheeses. Serving temperature: 16 ° C. Young benefits from airing for half an hour in a wide carafe.
