Tasting notes

Organic, fruity classy red wine. Intense ruby red with solid tears. Extremely broad aroma spectrum with wild blossoms, small berries, brushwood and oriental notes such as of vanilla and cocoa. Exceptionally fine texture with compact attack tempered by a striking acidity and silky tannins. Long complex finish. Excellent with braised meat dishes of both red and white meat, grilled wild mushrooms, fowls and vegetables mash. Best decant an hour in advance. Serving temperature: 16°C

Wine Story

Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.

Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
