Biologische fruitige rode klassewijn. Intense robijnrode kleur met stevige tranen. Uitermate breed aromaspectrum met wilde bloesems, kleine besjes, kreupelhout en oosterse accenten als vanille en cacao. Uitzonderlijk verfijnde textuur met gebalde aanzet getemperd door markante zuren en zijdezachte tannines, lange complexe afdronk. Uitstekende inzetbaarheid bij gesmoorde vleesgerechten van zowel rood als wit vlees, Gegratineerde wilde champignons, pluimwild en groentenstoemp. Best een uur vooraf karafferen. Schenkt°: 16°C

Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.
Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
