Tasting notes

Very clean fresh dry characterful white wine. Brilliant sparkle with straw/golden yellow shine & striking glass tears. Minerality at its best, dipped in an aroma of white stone fruit, ditto pepper and soft spice; nose that is constantly moving! The taste is sensually unctuous, laced with extremely ripe refreshing acids, slightly exotic touch of the touch of gewürztraminer in the remarkably long aftertaste. Beautiful glass of extremely natural wine that seeks partners in dishes prepared with the same respect, such as turbot on the grill, bresse chicken and torchon, veal sweetbreads 'demi deuil', grilled langoustines, long-aged goat cheese. Serving temperature: 12°C. Best from a carafe!
