Proefnotities
Gracieuze natuurlijk gemaakte krachtige rode wijn van wereldklasse. Uiterst beperkte productie van enkele honderden flessen uit de Briccolina wijngaard. Vrij lichte granaatrode kleur met stevige tranen. Aardse neusaanzet met wilde rode besjes, kreupelhout, boschampignons, zoethout, kruidnagel, zwarte peper, cacao en cederhout. Smaak van uitzonderlijke complexiteit waarbij kracht en finesse mekaar constant afwisselen, gebalde aanzet met strenge tannines in zijn jeugd, markante zuren die langzaam integreren, finesserijke textuur met steun van de wilde besjes en kruiden in de ellenlange afdronk. Uiterst gedistingeerde op zichzelf reeds verrukkelijke beleving, ook uitstekende partner van gebraden pluimwild, risotto met zwarte truffel, gebraiseerde groentenmix met zuiderse kruiden, past zelfs opvallend goed bij riviervissen als snoek en paling. Wine Story
Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.
Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
