Proefnotities

Biologische krachtige kruidige rode klassewijn. Inktzwarte kleur met felle brede tranen. Manifeste aroma's van braam en blauwbes met zwarte jeneverbes en rijpe pruimen, zachte vanilletoets en zwarte peper. Opvallend gedistingeerde textuur met veel finesse in de tannines met ingetogen alcohol en perfect gedoseerde houtinvloed, lange complexe afdronk. Heerlijke wijn bij kruidige gerechten met gerijpt rund en haarwild, risotto met zwarte truffel, pepersteak of gegratineerde koolgroenten met oosterse specerijen. Tot 5 jaar een uur vooraf karafferen. Schenkt°: 16°C.
