Vino di classe rosso speziato biologico. Colore nero inchiostro con ampie lacrime luminose. Profumi manifesti di mora e mirtillo con ginepro nero e prugna matura, morbida nota di vaniglia e pepe nero. Trama sorprendentemente distinta con grande finezza nei tannini con alcol tenue e influenze del legno perfettamente dosate, finale lungo e complesso. Vino prelibato con piatti speziati con carne di manzo stagionata e selvaggina, risotto al tartufo nero, bistecca di peperoni o verza gratinata con spezie orientali.
