Deutliche Aromen von Brombeere und Heidelbeere mit schwarzem Wacholder und reifer Pflaume, zarte Vanillenote und schwarzem Pfeffer. Auffallend vornehme Textur mit großer Finesse in den Tanninen mit gedämpftem Alkohol und perfekt dosiertem Holzeinfluss, langer komplexer Abgang. Köstlicher Wein zu würzigen Gerichten mit gereiftem Rindfleisch und Wild, Risotto mit schwarzem Trüffel, Pfeffersteak oder überbackenem Kohlgemüse mit orientalischen Gewürzen.
