Vino tinto de clase especiado potente ecológico. Color negro tinta con lágrimas amplias y brillantes. Manifiesta aromas de mora y arándano con enebro negro y ciruela madura, suave nota de vainilla y pimienta negra. Textura sorprendentemente distinguida con gran finura en los taninos con alcohol tenue e influencia de la madera perfectamente dosificada, final largo y complejo. Delicioso vino con platos especiados con ternera madurada y caza salvaje, risotto con trufa negra, chuletón a la pimienta o col gratinada de verduras con especias orientales. Jarra con una hora de anticipación hasta por 5 años. Temperatura de servicio: 16°C.
