Biologisch opgevoede klassieke krachtige rode wijn. Diep intens pioenrood met kersenkleurige stevige tranen. Klassiek bordelese neus met blauwe bes, rode pepers, donkere pruimen, kreupelhout, vanille en witte peper met een vleugje munt. Krachtige smaak met perfecte balans in de evenwichtige textuur, geïntegreerde tannines met fijne houttoets, dito zuren en ingehouden alcohol, lange complexe afdronk. Gracieuze wijn die vraagt om gelijkwaardige gerechten van rood vlees of haarwild, ratatouille niçoise, gratin van fruitvruchten en wit schimmelkazen. Tot 5 jaar een uur vooraf karafferen.
