Note di degustazione
Classico vino rosso potente allevato biologicamente. Rosso peonia intenso e profondo con lacrime sode color ciliegia. Naso classico bordeaux con mirtillo, peperoncino, prugna scura, sottobosco, vaniglia e pepe bianco con un pizzico di menta. Gusto potente con perfetto equilibrio nella trama equilibrata, tannini integrati con note di legno pregiato, idem acidi e alcol trattenuto, retrogusto lungo e complesso. Un vino grazioso che richiama piatti simili a base di carne rossa o selvaggina, ratatouille niçoise, frutta gratinata e formaggi a pasta bianca. Caraffa con un'ora di anticipo fino a 5 anni. Temperatura di servizio: 17°C.
