Note di degustazione
Versione insolitamente raffinata di un vino bianco corposo di prima classe. Colore giallo paglierino cristallino con sottili strappi. Naso sorprendentemente fresco con pesca gialla e nettarina, anche brioche leggermente tostate. Elegante consistenza cremosa con acidità fine e un finale lungo molto distinto. Accompagnatore molto indicato per astice al finocchietto, ostriche gratinate o scampi fritti; formaggio di capra stagionato, insalata di erbe verdi o formaggio cremoso a pasta bianca. Temperatura di servizio: 12°C.
