Ungewöhnlich raffinierte Version eines vollmundigen Weißweins der Spitzenklasse. Kristallklare strohgelbe Farbe mit feinen Rissen. Überraschend frische Nase mit gelbem Pfirsich und Nektarine, dazu leicht geröstete Brioche. Elegante cremige Textur mit feiner Säure und einem sehr vornehm langen Abgang. Sehr passender Begleiter zu Hummer mit Fenchel, gratinierten Austern oder gebratenen Langusten; gereifter Ziegenkäse, grüner Kräutersalat oder cremiger Weißschimmelkäse. Serviertemperatur: 12°C.
