Version incroyablement raffinée d'un vin blanc complet de toute grande classe. Robe jaune paille d'une pureté cristalline avec de belles larmes. Nez étonnamment rafraîchissant avec de la pêche jaune, de la nectarine et de la brioche légèrement toastée. Elégante texture crémeuse avec une belle acidité et une longue finale pleine de distinction. Partenaire rêvé pour un homard au fenouil, des huîtres gratinées ou des langoustines rôties. Et aussi des fromages de chèvres bien faits, une salade verte ou de crémeux fromages à pâte molle crémeux. T° de service: 12°C.
