Tasting notes

Lusciously rich blended aged red wine. Moderately intense ruby ​​red color with oily tears. Expressive Mediterranean nose with prepared fruits, wild flowers and dried herbs, undergrowth and oriental spice. Broad velvety palate with many shades around the fused tannins and controlled alcohol, mouth-filling and rich in the long finish. Perfect accompaniment to vegetable stew with lots of herbs, wild game and rabbit stews with plums, au gratin tubers or wild mushroom ragout with black truffle. Serving temperature: 16°C.
