Tasting notes

Lush dry white wine with plenty of character. Light straw yellow with brilliant tears. Exuberant playful flavour with exotic hints, fruit blossoms and white fruits with fresh green herbs. Fresh taste with fine acidity and a wide mouth-filling finish full of fruit and flowers. This white flagship goes very well with briefly fried seafood like scallops and langoustines, grilled oysters, braised fennel with wild rice, green asparagus with oriental vinaigrette and soft creamy cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C.
