Proefnotities
Verrukkelijke rijke en verfijnde frisse witte klassewijn, met unieke schittering in de fel groengele kleur. Tegelijk speelse en gedistingeerde neus van frisse citrus, appelbloesems en verse kruiden. Karaktervolle textuur met strakke zuren, gedragen door rijpe exotische vruchten en een ragfijne en ellenlange afdronk. Gedroomde aperitiefwijn, met verfrissende hapjes of krokante sla met verse kaas en sappige tomaatjes. Ook bij nauwelijks bereide zeevruchten en gestoomde witte vis. Schenktemperatuur: 8°C.
