Exuberantly fruity fortified red wine. Intense deep cherry red peony with tears. Drifting fruity nose with blueberries, oriental spice and mineral flint key. Powerful rich fruity sweetness with juicy acidity and well-integrated alcohol, opulent rich aftertaste. Sublime with lacquered red meats and tame duck, also with blue-veined cheeses and fruits vegetables on the grill, clafoutis with cherry and cherries jubilee. Serving temperature: 15°C.
