Tasting notes

Absolutely pure crisp white wine with a masterful price / quality ratio and an incredible aging potential. Deep straw yellow with fine sparkling fresh tears. Extreme complex nose that combines the opulence of eternal youth with gossamer oxidative hints. Delightfully delicate flavour with silky texture, a tempered alcohol and very fine ripe acids that give the wine a very long aftertaste filled with ripe yet refined fruitiness with dried blossoms. Extremely gourmet friendly, especially with white truffle, pasta with freshly grated Parmiggiano, braised white vegetables, wild mushrooms. Also delicious with grilled white fish and mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 12°C
