Note di degustazione
Vino di classe solido, fatto naturalmente. Colore giallo dorato con lacrime spesse. Profumo variegato con note minerali, frutti bianchi, uva spina. Sapore speziato con struttura distinta, sottile e roca con fine acidità e un lungo retrogusto fruttato fresco. Si abbina bene a pesce bianco nobile di mare, fritto o alla griglia, con salse raffinate. Anche con verdure a foglia e formaggi a pasta bianca. Temperatura di servizio: 12°C.
Wine Story
Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.
Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
