Tasting notes

Dry full-bodied white wine. Sparkling fresh straw yellow with green undertone and fine tears. Funky floral start on the nose with small white berries, stone fruit and southern herbs, but especially many blossoms in the evolution. crispy fresh start in the taste followed by a characterful texture and quite mouth-filling; long finish with striking floral retro. Delicious glass of wine to enjoy on its own and also with fried North Sea fish and fruits, chicken with wild mushrooms and tarragon, voluptuous summer salads and fresh goat cheeses.
