Tasting notes

Elegant delicate red wine, very light in colour, pomegranate with lush tears. Ripe floral nose with black roses and violets with stewed prunes and juniper jam, and dried spice. Velvety smooth taste onset, elegant and balanced with super soft tannins, light yet ripe in the very fruity retro. The perfect wine with creamy gorgonzola, with lacquered duck, with grilled Mediterranean fish with tomato salsa, or with braised fruit vegetables gratin. Serving temperature: 14°C.
