Lush, balanced, full-bodied dry white wine. Deep straw yellow with big tears. Lush, soft nose with floral notes and ripe white fruit, leafage and fresh nuts. Complex velvety taste with firm balance. Long rich aged finish. Pairs well with braised seafood or white meat dishes. Also delicious with pasta and rice dishes and with mature washed rind cheeses. Serving temperature: 12°C.
