Tasting notes

Serious mineral dry white wine with a punch! Brilliant white-yellow colour with straw-yellow hues. Ripe stone fruit, lychee, flint, orange peel and a touch of mint in the nose. Super juicy start with fresh ripe acids and minerals upfront; elegant texture with a lot of content but at the same time refined; long, fruity aftertaste with citrus and ripe white fruit. Top wine as an aperitif, with white meat and crustaceans, and especially with white mould cheeses and orientally seasoned green vegetable salad. Serving temperature: 12°C
