Tasting notes

Pure fresh, elegant white wine. Light golden yellow color with sparkling, fine tears. Very lush and complex nose of stone fruit, discreet citrus, honey, wax. Delightful fine taste with silky texture, a tempered alcohol. Very fine ripe acids that give the wine an endless aftertaste. Surprisingly fresh despite years of aging in 5000 liter barrels. Gastronomically very suitable for white truffle, pasta with freshly grated parmiggiano, braised white vegetables, wild mushrooms and grilled white fish, also fantastic with matured cheeses. Serving temperature: 12°C
