Traditionally made dry white sparkling wine. Brilliant straw yellow with fine mousse and subtle persistent sparkle. Wide aroma with white berries, quince, fresh spices and brioche. Gossamer texture with a gentle creaminess. Juicy harmony between the mineral aftertaste full of blossoms and the delicate brioche toast. Excellent aperitif. Goes also well with caviar, oysters and marinated raw seafood, but also with rich dishes with seafood, baked white fish or noble poultry in creamy sauces. Delicious with fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C.
