Tasting notes

Super fresh, dry white wine. Greenish yellow, brilliant color with beautiful fine tears. Remarkable primary fresh-fruity nose in combination with floral notes. Soft round taste, refreshed by ripe acids in an elegant texture with a long and fruity aftertaste. Pairs perfectly with marinated white fish and raw seafood. This wine also goes well with poached poultry with an oriental herbal touch and with fresh cheeses. Serve at 10°C
