Unexpected high-quality price breaker. Unique among the fortified Madeira wines. Bronze yellow brilliant colour with yellow copper appearance and fine green edge. Striking nose of dried apricot and pistachios with thyme blossom and garigue. Touch of fine lacquer and honeycomb. Playful mischievous texture in which sweet and sour chase each other in an exhilarating game, which leaves the palette clean and slowly fades away in an opulent rich aftertaste full of dried fruits and oriental spices. Extremely suitable as an aperitif, pure or in cocktail form with a slice of lime and a dash of tonic. Surprising all-rounder with a cheese platter. Drinking temperature: 15°C.
