Tasting notes

Elegant delicate red wine with moderately intense cherry colour and rather thick tears. Strikingly ripe nose with black fruit and fleshy plums, white pepper and shrubbery, and an earthy undertone. Playful texture balanced and fleshy harmonious, juicy tannins, light ending in the fruity aftertaste. Lovely to enjoy on its own, freshly served at cocktail parties and receptions with cold meats, raw ham varieties, red fruit vegetables and white mould cheeses, as well as the classic spaghetti bolognaise. Serving temperature: 14°C.
