Complexe kruidig krachtige rode wijn. Matig intense kersenkleur met robijn rand en dikke tranen. Zalvend zachte evenwichtige neus met aardse ondertoon. Gestoofde vruchten en gerookt vlees. Harmonieuze smaak met enige evolutie in de aanvang, perfect op dronk met nog duidelijke bewaarkracht, sappig met slanke tannines en een fijn fruitige afdronk. Geschikt bij gebraden pluimwild, kruidige gerookte vleeswaren en gratin van groenten. Schenktemperatuur: 18°C.
