Vin rouge royal et puissant. Remarquable robe rouge grenat translucide avec des larmes multicolores. Nez discret qui prend du temps à s'ouvrir, puis riche et ample avec des tons terreux en avant-plan et une lente floraison fruitée de petites baies rouges et de brindilles sèches. Attaque en bouche serrée qui, elle aussi, doit respirer pour se révéler lentement. Plein de caractère et de tempérament, mais aussi doté d'une fine élégance et d’une interminable finale. Sublime accompagnement d'un gibier à poils ou d’une belle viande rouge, d'un risotto aux champignons et à la truffe, de légumes d'hiver braisés ou d'une ratatouille. Demande à s’aérer quelques heures dans une large carafe avant d’être servi. T° de service 16°C

Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.
Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
