Tasting notes
Super slim refreshing white wine. Bright yellow brilliant colour with slim tears. Mineral nose with spicy exotic hints of citrus and freshly ground coriander. Bone dry taste with distinct fruity texture and slim acids. Refreshing and crisp aftertaste. Cheeky, smooth drinking wine for cocktail parties and receptions or as a first wine in a gourmet menu, with feather-light dishes or salads. Super delicious with fresh (goat) cheeses. Serving temperature: 8°C
Wine Story
I met Frank in May 2002 in Brussels at a wine event organised by the German Wine Institute. Frank had his presentation table five stands away. The attendance at the fair was rather moderate, so I used the time to taste different wines myself. I noticed Frank's table, because he only had 6 Großes Gewächs aus dem Rheingau from the Künstler winery in his assortment.

Dabei ist mir der Tisch von Frank aufgefallen, denn er hatte lediglich 6 Großes Gewächse aus dem Rheingau vom Weingut Künstler im Sortiment.
