Indigenous full-bodied dry white wine. Deep straw yellow color with solid sparkling tears. Typical nose of sweet white fruits, dry herbs and wild blossoms. Characteristic texture with strikingly fresh, yet very ripe acids that give the taste a sumptuous richness; extremely long finish. This beauty goes well with grilled seafood such as langoustines and lobster, au gratin oysters and also oriental vegetables and hard (sheep) cheeses. Serving temperature 12 ° C and delicious after half an hour of decanting. Keep the carafe cool!
