Tasting notes

Organic, fruity, dry red wine. Fairly light, ruby, red color with garnet colored tears. The nose starts discretely and immediately opens up in the glass to a basket filled with small red fruit, a touch of floral and white pepper notes. Extremely elegant texture with ripe fruit, a fine acidity and velvety, grape-like tannins. Medium juicy finish. This wine is perfect as a pleasure wine to enjoy on its own, but it is also great to enjoy with fine pink meat, such as pigeon or lamb, together with marinated fruit vegetables, roasted fish and fresh cheeses. Serve at 15 °C.
