Tasting notes

Classic Bordeaux-style elegant red wine. Moderately intense cherry-red colour with fine tears. Discreet refined starter of black currant, plum and raw white mushrooms, mineral evolution. Elegant texture with fused grape tannins and soft dried spices in the aftertaste. Asks for pure recipes with pink-red meat, such as lamb and partridge, stewed vegetables in butter sauce, pure flavours. Drinking temperature: 16°C.
