Heart-warming soft ripe white wine. Deep golden yellow. Lush ripe aromas of dried flowers and spices with hints of ripe Conference pear and almond. Velvety taste, fully balanced. Soft fruity finish. Delicious with braised and grilled seafood or with a chicken or root vegetables stew. Serving temperature: 10°C

Vasco Maria Eugénio de Almeida was born in Lisbon in 1913, the son of one of the most affluent families of 19th century Portugal but soon established strong ties with Évora and the Alentejo where, thanks to the legacy of his paternal grandfather, the family owned a considerable patrimony in land and real estate.
