Tasting notes
Absolutely fantastic wine, amongst the best in the world. Brilliant straw yellow with large tears. Lush nose with spicy and mineral notes; ripe white fruits and notes of honey. Distinctive flavour, firm acidity and exceptional mineral texture with spicy bitter touch in the long finish. Exquisite gourmet wine offering plenty of possibilities with both fish and white meats and strong cheeses. Goes also well with cabbage stews. At its best when decant an hour in advance. Serving temperature: 12°C
Wine Story
Dear Frank, We met many years ago, perhaps more than thirty. We ate together with my wife and a friend of yours at Villa Bucci. We drank our wines but we talked mainly about our common interests in the art, architecture and culture of the Marche region of our Castles of Jesi which depends on the nearby Urbino, the city where he was born. the Renaissance with the search for good living and beauty.
