Tasting notes

Very pure smooth fine fruity dry red wine. Translucent clear garnet colour with fine light-coloured tears. Nose of small berries and ripe grapes with light spicy evolution. Elegant texture with firm undertone, fine fruity mouth filling and long clean finish with a spicy touch. Great with short-cooked fine pink meat, beef carpaccio, fruit vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 15°C
