Biodynamic crisp white wine. Light straw yellow with fine tears. Delightful complexity in the nose with many primary aromas from the vineyard, backed with a hint of oak. Sublime sophisticated palate with ripe acidity and variegated texture. Very long finish. Excellent with fried and grilled fish, grilled vegetables, stews of white poultry and white meat, fresh to semi-mature hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C
