Note di degustazione
Vino bianco di qualità eccezionalmente ricco e complesso. Brillante dorato chiaro con grosse lacrime. Naso molto complesso e variegato con fondo minerale e frutta bianca stramatura ed esotica. Struttura gustativa sublime con affascinante interazione tra agrodolce. Secco nel lunghissimo finale, sempre con la stessa complessità aromatica. Delizioso con pesce bianco e carni bianche in ricette cremose. Perfetto con piatti speziati e con formaggi stagionati ricchi. Si apre dopo un'ora in caraffa. Temperatura di servizio: 10°C
Wine Story
The Domaine des Aubuisières covers 33 hectares on the finest terroirs of the Vouvray appellation. The vines are distributed across two types of soils: 75% clay-limestone (on the hillsides) and clay-silex (on the edges of the plateau). This diversity allows us to showcase the full richness, complexity, and potential of Chenin Blanc, also known as Pinot de Loire.
Eighty percent of the vineyard is located on the prime slopes of Vouvray. It benefits from the influences of the Loire River and the advantages of the bedrock, a sedimentary rock rich in organic matter.
The vineyard encompasses several distinct terroirs, enabling the Domaine to produce wines with unique typicity, influenced particularly by the orientation of the plots and the composition of the soils.
