Bold top wine of masterful quality with extreme respect for the natural elements! Deep but translucent cherry colour with ruby edge and sparkling coloured tears. What a nose! Melting of earth and fruit, minerals and herbs, spice and moss, amazingly strongly combined in a barrel of perfume. True gentleman wine with all flavour components in the right place and once on the tongue melting into a harmonious texture, wonderfully long finish that never ends. That's how ripe this bold wine is. Asks for the purest red meat and game that was prepared with respect for origin; also, with oven dish with fruit vegetables and spices. With very fresh white mould cheese. Serving temperature: 16°C, to be enjoyed at its best after a few hours of breathing in a wide carafe.
