Flawless, natural, dry and fresh white wine. White-gray color with a green hue and sparkling golden tears. Great nose of fruit blossoms, freshly picked herbs, asparagus and green fruits with citrus in the evolution. This wine has a frisky texture that’s full of freshness and elegance and has a flawlessly long and fruity finish. Sublime aperitif with marinated seafood, such as scallops, even with marinated tomato salad and fresh (goat) cheese. Serve at 8°C
