Elegant delicate red wine with a light pomegranate colour and fine tears. Lightly smoked nose with notes of fine cuts and gratinated red fruit, as well as earthy tone. Playful start with tight texture, very grapy and direct with vegetal tannins of the vine, sand a juicy light finale. Ideal cleansing companion with fatty meat dishes, with raw (root) vegetables and crunchy fruit vegetables; perfect with white mould cheeses and raclette. Serving temperature: 16°C.
